Our Assessment Centers are designed to assist an organization
in evaluating the potential abilities and qualities of
candidates for a certain position within their organization.
We at Reisen Commercial Safety Training and Staff Development,
Inc. have developed, implemented and assisted in evaluating
candidates to make the process of promotions as smooth as
possible in the Fire and EMS service.
We can provide assessors from other fire and EMS agencies
within your area to assist in the evaluation process. We will
conduct an assessor orientation, provide candidate packets for
training, proctor and facilitate the assessment center and
submit final results to the organization to assist in
selecting the qualified individuals.

Candidates will also receive a final performance feedback
report detailing their strong and weak points of the
evaluation from the assessors.
